Update: Outline Planning Permission on Land at Bennell Farm
On 11th May 2016, outline planning permission was granted for 90 dwellings, a community car park, a football pitch and changing rooms at Bennell Farm, Comberton, South Cambridgeshire (subject to conditions, completion of the Section 106 agreement and referral of the application to Secretary of State). Moving forward we will now work with South Cambridgeshire District Council and the local community to complete the Section 106 agreement. Following this we will then work up a detailed scheme for the site and submit a Reserved Matters application. Further updates on the progress of the development will be announced on this website as and when required.
