It’s been a busy time since we last shared an update on The Birdlings.

It’s been a busy time since we last shared an update on The Birdlings. We are delighted with progress on site with over 90% of homes completed and handed over to their new owners. Our first fully rendered home is well underway and it is great to see additional types of property near completion.

36 completed properties have been handed over to South Cambridge District Council, providing affordable housing for local people and the green spaces on site are looking great, we’ve planted hundreds of trees and the brand-new timber construction play area is opening imminently.
