Located in the heart of Cambridge, this development involved the refurbishment of two Victorian terraced properties into three properties, and rebuilding of neighbouring studios/workshops to create two, two-bedroom and one three-bedroom homes. At the rear of the site we created a two-bedroom loft style duplex apartment and a four-bedroom house.
