For each project we source the highest standards of building materials to ensure that we conform with, and in many case exceed, building regulations. As a company we ensure that all developments are built to exacting standards and provide a 10 year NHBC or Architect’s Certificate on competition.
For over 20 years our directors have worked closely with planners to develop schemes in towns, villages and rural areas which all enhance the environment in which they are located. Many of our successful projects have involved the purchase of land without planning consents where our expert team have been able to create schemes which are acceptable to the planners. Our planning expertise means that we can adopt a speculative approach as part of our investment strategy. This means we not only invest in land with planning permission but also carefully appraise the potential of land without current planning permission.
